What does gratitude mean to you? According to research, the one daily habit for raising happy children is practising daily gratitude. This has multiple proven benefits, including better social connections and empathy, improved sleep, and reduced anxiety and stress.
In this meaningful workshop, Trish will guide children – and adults – through what it means to be grateful every day, in a fun and child-focused way.
