Words by Water is delighted to work with one of our local primary schools again this year.

Karen Harte, comic creator, visual designer and illustrator will collaborate with Scoil Naomh Eltin in bringing an Illustration Workshop to a number of classes within the school.

Karen’s illustrations focus on playful visual storytelling and are informed by finding joy in the everyday. Her creative work spans children’s book illustration, editorial and commercial digital illustration, visual design, live graphic recording, portraits, murals and more.

Selected clients include Gill Books and Karen’s work has been featured in The Irish Times, Buzzfeed, Totally Dublin, Illustrated Women in History and more.
