Amanda Neri is an award-winning singer and director who loves to write. She is an avid reader and enjoys exploring the written word in all its forms. Her most recent children’s book The Golden Fairy Door is an enchanting story for young readers that is fast becoming a bookstore favourite. Amanda won the Cork City Theatre Critics Award for Best Newcomer for her first musical, Living on the Streets. Other writings include over 150 songs, poetry, and short stories, as well as her Lockdown Limericks book, a light-hearted look at what the public had to endure during Covid-19.
