This year’s festival – September 29th – October 3

Like so many others, the team behind Words By Water, Kinsale’s
Literary Festival, have sorely missed in-person events as we all stood
firm and tackled Covid-19 by staying apart.
Now that it is possible to meet and share communal experiences again,
we are looking forward to a full in-person programme of readings,
discussions and other events for this year’s festival, taking place
from Thursday, September 29th to Sunday, October 2nd.
Our planning is in progress and we will be adding to the website over
the coming weeks but please do not try to book until we formally
launch our programme, as these plans are provisional and some of the
events may be subject to change.
What won’t change is our excitement about this year’s festival – all
will be confirmed shortly and we can’t wait to see you all very soon!
